Common questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard or the Stripe customer portal and you keep access until the end of the billing period. We do not pro-rate unused days mid-cycle.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit/debit cards via Stripe. Your payment info is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card details.
Is my data private?
Your generated content (cover letters, study guides) is tied to your account only. We never share, sell, or use it to train AI models.
What happens if I exceed 100 calls/day?
You get a friendly message and your limit resets on a rolling 24-hour window. This limit is generous — most users use fewer than 20 calls/day.
Refunds & cancellation
- Cancel anytime from your dashboard or via Stripe's customer portal — you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
- 7-day refund: if you contact us within 7 days of your first paid charge and have used fewer than 25 AI calls, we'll refund that charge in full, no questions asked.
- Mid-cycle cancellations are not pro-rated.
- Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or remedy for a major failure and to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Full terms: /terms.
